1. Salute, then ready stance

2. Cat stance

3. Double punch down

4. Double punch high

5. Hold left hand, palm out, in front of the left eye; at the same time, right knife hand

6. Hold right hand, palm out, in front of right eye; at the same time, left knife hand

(During #5 and 6, make sure to move hands gracefully like you're putting on a coat and then taking it off)

7. Down block - straight punch combo

8. Salute, hands down

9. Look to the left

10. Step back with right foot and using the hips, turn body to the left

11. Double knife hands out to either side

12. Clear center and with palms up, double finger jab straight ahead

13. Turn hands over, grasp imaginary bar

14. Front snap kick with right leg

15. With leg still in the air, twist 180 degrees to the left, keeping the right leg back

16. Clear center and with palms up, double finger jab straight ahead

17. Turn 45 degrees to the left so that you're facing forward once more, and immediately tiger claw palm strike with right hand

18. Tiger claw palm strike with left hand as you shift your weight from your left leg to your right

19. Front snap kick, then turn 45 degrees to the left, bring leg down into a cross step (right over left) with double knife hands out to either side

20. Unwind 270 degrees to the left so that you're facing forward again, doing a spinning jump outward-in crescent kick (my school has modified this to be a simple spin that ends with a front snap kick - no jump - which is a good adaptation for people with bad knees or beginners)

21. Down block, weight on left leg (back leg)

22. Down block, shift weight to right leg (front leg)

23. Cat stance

24. Hold right hand, palm out, in front of right eye; at the same time, left knife hand

25. Hold left hand, palm out, in front of left eye; at the same time, right knife hand

26. Double down block to the right, weight on right leg

27. Double down block to the left, shift weight to left leg

28. Hold left hand, palm out, in front of left eye; at the same time, right knife hand

29. Hold right hand, palm out, in front of right eye; at the same time, left knife hand

30. Down block - straight punch combo
