My hubby downloaded a new OS to his iPhone, so he decided to play around with it and take a picture of me with my war fan. And then he applied some sort of filter to it. Transfer? Anyway, he says this is the intense look I get when I'm training in my San Soo class.

You certainly have a "Don't mess with me!" look. And that small lock of hair coming down to your nose gives you a very human, slightly tousled look, as if you have already been somewhat messed with and from now on you're not going to take any prisoners.
And I can relate to that. Once my father watched me sharpening a carving-knife before dinner; and (after I'd put the knife down) said that I'd worn a strange look of intense concentration during the sharpening - as if I was wondering which annoying neighbour to gut next.
Actually I'm terrified of super-sharp edges (which does cramp my model-making style a tad), but I do love that sweet moment when you can feel the blade start to "sing" under the strokes of the steel. That's what I'm listening for when I sharpen the carving knife.
And annoying neighbours - well, I'm not choosy, they can form a queue.
